Shipping

UK

We offer a free UK delivery service for all trade orders over £500 (ex VAT). We use FedEx for this delivery service within the UK, your package may require a signature on delivery.

Accepted orders below £500 will be charged £10 for delivery. 

FedEx Tracking information will be provided and is generally next day delivery in the UK

USA

We ship to the USA via FEDEX. American shipping costs are charged at $30 for orders below $700. Shipping is FREE for all orders above €700. 

Please note, we ship DAP (Delivered at Place), therefore customers are responsible for any fees, taxes and duties that may be payable once they arrive within your country before being shipped to your final address.

IRELAND

We ship to Ireland via FEDEX. Irish shipping costs are charged at €25 for orders below €700. Shipping is FREE to Ireland for all orders above €700.

AUSTRALIA

We ship all Australian orders via FEDEX.

Australian shipping costs are charged at £25 for orders below £700 and shipping to Australia is FREE for all orders above £700. We ship DAP (Delivered at Place), therefore Australian customers are responsible for any fees, taxes and duties that may be payable once they arrive within your country before being shipped to your final address.

REST OF THE WORLD

For all international overseas orders, we ship via FedEx.

International shipping costs are charged at £20 for orders below £700 and international shipping is FREE for all orders above £700. We ship DAP (Delivered at Place), therefore customers are responsible for any fees, taxes and duties that may be payable once they arrive within your country before being shipped to your final address.

Late and Lost Deliveries

If your delivery has been delayed please contact us and we will assist with tracking the package. In the rare instance of a missed delivery, often a delivery attempt has been made but a notification not received. We will assist you in tracking the package and ensure delivery is made

Returns

Wrong product sent / faulty goods?

In the rare instance you receive the wrong item or a faulty product, please inform
us within 3 working days of receipt. We will send your replacement goods and arrange for the return or credit of the faulty goods.

Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any postal losses when returning products so we advise using a tracked service, however we will always endeavour to resolve any issues as quickly and efficiently as possible.
